Completion of this training course will give you nationally recognised units in the area of  Top Rope Climbing Leader on Artificial Surfaces.

Training Dates:
The training course will take place on 23, 24 & 25 October 2020 and will be based at the Tallebudgera OEEC – Currumbin Valley Campus.

Assessment Dates:
Participants also need to attend two overnight Assessment Weekends at 2 different locations throughout Northern NSW and Southeast Queensland.

Climbing Assessment 1: 7 December 2020
Climbing Assessment 2: TBA in Term 1, 2021

There are other Assessment Weekends throughout the year that you could attend if these do not suit.

Assessment Process:
All participants will complete:

  • Precourse work (including online work)
  • A training weekend
  • A major project task
  • And 2 assessment weekends.

Cost:
$2990 to complete the full Cert. 3 in Outdoor Leadership (this is one part of this course)
$1200 for this individual specialisation.

All training and assessment weekends will run subject to minimum numbers and confirmation will be made two weeks prior to each scheduled session.
