The units will go towards your Certificate in Outdoor Recreation, which you can use to secure employment in this rapidly growing segment. Course is spread over two weekends in March.

This Short Course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to guide participants on day and or overnight kayaking trips on flat and undemanding water. These units focuses on the use of planning skills to make suitable arrangements to lead a group on a kayaking trip.

This course is designed for people already working in the industry or gives an opportunity for anyone undertaking a full qualification to start their practical training components. Assessment of this course requires logged hours of experience.
