‘Choose To Refuse’ single-use plastic during July.

Imagine a world without plastic waste. That’s our mission – to build a global movement that dramatically reduces plastic use and improves recycling, worldwide.

Will you join up and give up single-use plastic this July?

Our vision for the future

Picture

By encouraging people to be more aware of their plastic use, we can create a cleaner world for generations to come.

Part of this involves supporting behaviour change and helping others habitually #choosetorefuse shopping bags, straws, takeaway containers and coffee cups – just to name a few.

About the Plastic Free Foundation

We have grown from a handful of participants in the challenge in Western Australia in 2011, through to millions of participants across more than 170 countries worldwide today.

The Plastic Free Foundation is a not-for-profit which delivers the annual challenge and works on solutions with communities around the world. Our vision is a world without plastic waste.
