Coming up with ideas for new products, services and businesses is just the first step and often the easiest one. Transforming the idea into an income is harder—how do you determine if your business idea could be viable and how do you make it more attractive to customers or venture partners like investors?

To boost your confidence and capability for success when building a business, the Queensland Government’s Office of Small Business brings you the opportunity to learn, share and network at this FREE event.

Hear from and talk to experts about:

  • Fostering and funding ideas: idea testing, understanding your market, entrepreneurial thinking, bootstrapping, Lean Start-up, Business Model Canvas, and crowdsourcing.
  • Building a business from ideas: business planning, business structures, buying a franchise, cash flow and financial planning, information sources, and where to get advice and support.
