Challenge yourself on the trails of Camp Mountain or have a social run with your friends.

Distances from 1 – 13.3 km for young and old!

The various race courses from 1km through to 13.3km are designed to suit different ages and consist of well-constructed forestry trails. This event incorporates the Queensland Mountain Running Championships, but you don’t need to be fast or aim for medals to participate. You may just want to see it as a personal challenge or as a social outing and run with a group of friends.

Qld Athletics provides medals for different age groups and The Trail Running Association of Queensland provides prizes in addition to this, including some random prizes.

Bellbird Grove / Camp Mountain have been used for many years to host the Queensland Mountain Running Championships and the Australian Mountain Running Championships on 4 occasions and as recent as in 2015.

It will a great outing over the top of Camp Mountain and down again. Enjoy the national park with the bird song, bush and great city views along the way or tough it out and go as hard as you can!
