Toowoomba RC is developing a Sport, Active Recreation and Healthy Living Plan

Toowoomba Regional Council is developing a Sport, Active Recreation and Healthy Living Plan for the Toowoomba Region.

The Plan will help create healthier, more active communities by encouraging more people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to be active, eat well and live well. It will be in place from 2019 to 2026.

Share your thoughts and ideas on the future of sport, active recreation and healthy living in the Toowoomba Region.

You can have your say by completing a survey online via or in hard copy until 5pm on Friday 21 December 2018.

Hard-copy surveys are available from Council Customer Service Centres.

Everyone who completes a survey can go in a draw to win one these amazing prizes:

First Prize
Trail Walk and Picnic Brunch Adventure Package for you and 11
of your friends to the value of $500 OR a family adventure day at Cooby Dam
to the value of $500 OR a half-year Milne Bay / Highfields Recreation Centre
membership to the value of $500.

Second Prize
Garmin Forerunner 35 watch to the value of $299.

Third Prize
Fit and Active pack to the value of $200.

You’ll have an opportunity to comment on the draft plan in mid-2019.
