Images of one of the key components for the upcoming Galaxy S26 have recently been revealed, specifically its magnetic external battery. In addition, Samsung has prepared a significant innovation in the software field with the “Privacy Screen” function.
The South Korean company has announced on its website the updates that will be integrated into Good Lockyour system for thoroughly customizing One UI software.
According to 9to5Google, one of the most outstanding features has been confirmed of the next Galaxy S26 Ultra, the Privacy Screen.
As usual with each new version of One UI, Samsung is working on the next Good Lock updates.
Including LockStar, QuickStar, GameBooster, ThemePark y HomeUpwhich recently detailed the customization options it will offer on the home screen.
It is interesting that among these new features a screenshot has been included showing the function of Galaxy S26 Ultra Privacy Screen.
In one of the images this function is seen as one of the quick settings, and not together with others such as Airplane Mode or Screen Recording, but next to the most relevant.

The screenshot shows that the function is located below music playback, next to Smart ViewNearby Devices y SmartThings.
This indicates the priority that Samsung is giving it to this new screen experience on the Galaxy S26, and that we are eager to try soon on site.
This will be an exclusive feature of the Galaxy S26 Ultra that will use a new hardware component in order to simulate a privacy screen protector.
With the aim to hide the content from anyone looking at the screen from a side anglethus preventing curious people from seeing our mobile device.
Previous demonstrations have shown that It’s awesome technology.and last week Ice Universe shared a video of the screen’s operation with “Private Screen” on its X account.
You can clearly see how, depending on the angle from which you look, the screen of the next Galaxy S26 Ultra darkens until it almost becomes a mirror that reflects the environment.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to be presented in February and this new feature will be exclusive to this model in the series.
