Soft Skill Survey
The Affective Abilities of Australian Outdoor Leaders: A National Survey
Posted on 04.07.2019
You’re invited to participate in research about what affective abilities, previously known as soft skills, are used by leaders and educators in the outdoor sector. It’s likely you, and the people you work with, have a lot of knowledge to share on this topic.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about your perceptions about the affective abilities (aka soft skills) used by leaders in outdoor experience provision. It is planned to use the insights from this study to support the training and development of affective abilities.
Who can do the survey?
People who are 18 or older and are working or have worked as a facilitator, leader, educator or employer in the outdoor sector in Australia. This includes all kinds of outdoor experience provision purposes (e.g., recreation, education, therapy, etc.).
- Your responses to the survey are anonymous.
- Completing this online survey should take no longer than 10 minutes.
