SkillsIQ has recently launched two new areas of functionality on its website, the first to facilitate stakeholder engagement during training package review, and the second to support the quality delivery and assessment of training.

The SkillsIQ Feedback Forum is a custom-built tool designed to collect stakeholder feedback during training package product development. Employers, peak bodies or industry associations, government bodies or regulators, employee associations, training providers and students can all provide detailed input on any aspect of the proposed training package components (qualifications, units of competency and skill sets) during the designated consultation periods.

Stakeholders can view comments left by other stakeholders and, in turn, post their own comments or reply to comments already posted.

The SkillsIQ Marketplace is an online facility where RTOs and students can purchase a range of training resources, including textbooks in hard or soft copy format and RTO assessment packs with test papers, marking guides and mapping tables (for RTO purchase only).
