• Member prices apply to financial Members only
• As a general principle, we endeavour to set member prices 20% below the recommended retail price (RRP) for any item
• While we endeavour to keep all product details on the website up to date, some products may not be available from time to time.
• Any price shown on the website at the time of an order being made will be honoured
• All prices include GST

Delivery
While we do keep small quantities in stock, some items are supplied to use by the distributors on an order by order basis – generally an order will be dispatched within 7 days.

Freight
Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be calculated when you place your order

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

• You can cancel your order or part thereof at any time before you accept delivery
• If we incur any fees or charges (e.g. credit card fees) these will be passed on to you and deducted from any refund due.
• A full refund less freight and fees will be made for any undamaged item returned in excellent condition.
• In the event a product has been ordered that is not available for whatever a reason, a full refund will also be made.
• The refund will be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and confirmed shipping and additional fees. This may take up to 2 weeks.
