Funding to help not-for-profit organisations develop & improve facilities and services in Brisbane.

Posted on 25.08.2017

Brisbane City Council’s grants programs provide funding to help local not-for-profit organisations to develop and improve facilities and services in Brisbane.

Every day, Council works with residents and local communities to help make our city what it is today with a long-term vision for the future.

The grants list below will help you find the most suitable grant program for your organisation.

You can also visit one of our information workshops from 28 August to 8 September 2017 to get tips on how to best complete your submission and to find out more about the grants.

Not-for-profit clubs and organisations needing to develop, maintain or improve their facilities may apply for grants of up to $100,000. If your organisation would like to improve its management capabilities in areas such as planning, governance and training, grants of up to $7500 are available.

Applications are now open and close on Monday 23 October 2017.

Community Development and Capacity Building Grants

If your group undertakes projects that increase community connection, help address social issues or builds skills and knowledge within your organisation or community to better respond to local needs, then you may be eligible for grants valued from $2000 to $10,000.

Applications are now open and close on Monday 9 October 2017.
