Ground-breaking performance leadership programs for high performance female coaches and executives

Posted on 29.11.2019

High Performance Coaches and Executives are invited to engage in ground-breaking performance leaderships programs, with the overall purpose of increasing depth, diversity and representation of women in Australian sport.

Two programs from the Australian Institute of Sport are available in 2020 and will be run concurrently; one for High Performance Coaching talent and one for Executive talent. They are designed to address the under representation of women executives and high performance coaches in Australian sport. Programs are offered in partnership with Sport Australia and the Office for Women.

The programs have been designed to support women in identifying opportunities and removing barriers for personal transformation by providing dedicated time to:

  • Name, claim and leverage strengths
  • Consciously develop presence to influence change
  • Make sense of how experiences have shaped you and who you could become
  • Develop strategies that enable you to be more fully seen and understood
  • Intentionally explore and develop your relationship system to enable more conscious connections

Please Note
Sport Australia has redefined “sport” as including physical activities, which can directly benefit the outdoor sector by having more highly trained people.
