• Funds are limited
• Applications for sponsorship support can be made for up to $1,000.00
• The decision on actual financial contribution will be made by QORF
• Once QORF funds are expended the offer will close for that year
• QORF’s decisions are final and negotiations will not be entered into

If your application is successful:

• The Outdoor-tober logo is to be used on any online (and linked to the Outdoor-tober webpage) or printed material produced for the event – including social media.
• Event details are to be submitted to What’s On
